you can't hit it again to get out of it, back to Pattern or Sequencer view. I hate how most functions don't "Toggle" back to the main screen/view (the Templates/CC numbers view). Reaper has its Actions List which lets users map their transport for ANY device (as long as their device is mappable), without enabling it as a Control Surface (or worse, HUI (Partial). Just make the Transport generically customizable with CCs and Midi Channel (same way the encoders and 16 buttons are customizable). no access to the > button, and Loop on/off doesn't work? Come on. And a LOT of people love Reaper (it's my main DAW). InControl is not at all ready for Reaper 5 or 6 just yet (except with the wonderful DrivenByMoss script for Reaper, which adds a TON). We need the ability to customize the transport in the same way the mute/solo buttons can be. We need at least another bank of faders (per Template), and some way to access these other banks. And I'd love to be able to have each page a different color (it doesn't have to match the Template color, as Novation has said they want to keep), or have each button be its own color so as to avoid confusion (even with labels on the unit). It's nice having 16 customizable buttons, but I'd rather have 32, 48, or 64. We need more than two banks of the mute/solo buttons (per Template). We want more banks of encoders outside of InControl. I heard from someone at Novation who said this is already implemented using the Shift+Track buttons. If they had no intention of doing more than two banks, they could have put a button toggle "page 1/2" instead of up/down arrows. These up/down arrow buttons should allow for multiple page access. We still need more than two banks of encoders (per Template). Still, a lot of requests have yet to be implemented, and I wanted to post this again as the original post is over a year old and can't be commented on. The enhancements are greatly, greatly appreciated.
